Meanwhile, according to Effendi (1998:46) The nursing process is a scientific method that is used systematically to assess and determine the issues of health and family nursing, nursing care plan and implement interventions to families in accordance with the plans that have been compiled and evaluated the quality of nursing care is carried out against family.
